Right to exercise and, in the case of the right to restriction of processing, the reasons why the User believes that their data are unduly processed; and
Postal address, for notification purposes when the request is sent by letter.

We will reply through the means chosen by the User to exercise their rights within a month of the date of reception of the request, with the exception of particularly complex situations, in which case the aforementioned deadline may be extended for a maximum of two months, based on suitable grounds, duly presented by ALBA.
